Henry Hu is the Founder and Chancellor/President of Hong Kong Shue Yan University. Born in Shaoxing, China, married Chung Chi-rung, later moved to Tashkent, Paris and UK. The couple returned Hong Kong in 1956, and co-founded Shue Yan College in 1971.
