History

Chung is the Founder and President of Hong Kong Shue Yan University. Born in Changsha, China, married Henry Hu, later moved to Tashkent, Paris and UK with her husband. The couple returned Hong Kong in 1956, and co-founded Shue Yan College in 1971.
